City of Doral - Central Park
Truly an enormous project that greatly improves the cities’ amenities and sense of community. Included in the project scope are a new Aquatics center, Recreation center, multiple support and out-buildings. All buildings and materials had to meet the stringent Miami-Dade NOA requirements . The gymnasium is classified as an emergency shelter and with that came a number of additional requirements.

University of Evansville - New Wellness & Recreation Center
This new facility will enhance existing recreation facilities to compete with peer institutions, encourage the health and well being of students, and create a sense of community on campus.
